The ONE Way Foundation provides education scholarship funding, based on demographic and financial need, for young adults who have displayed the ability to overcome challenges and become leaders, role models and productive members of their communities.
We realize, at Performance Consulting Ltd., that all kids aren’t offered the same opportunities from birth and throughout their lives. It is the purpose of the ONE Way Foundation to locate and assist young people that have been left behind and are struggling to create a successful and satisfying life for themselves.
Being provided helping hands as they work to find their full potential, we believe that many young people who would otherwise fall into cycles of failure can achieve extraordinary levels of success. In turn, their success will positively affect those around them and will inspire those that come after.
