Money Back Guarantee. You may withdraw from your ONE Way program at any time for any reason. In the event of withdrawal, all fees paid to Performance Consulting Ltd. shall be refunded on a percentage-used basis. A program enrollment and preparation charge shall be deducted from all refunds. Outstanding fees due to Performance Consulting Ltd., or your ONE Way Coach, shall be paid within 21 days of program withdrawal.

Travel related expenses may be charged, in addition to the program fee, and shall be paid directly to your ONE Way Coach.

All missed or client-cancelled Coaching Calls shall be rescheduled at the discretion and availability of your ONE Way Coach.

All Information shared between you, the Client, and your ONE Way Coach remains confidential to the Client-Coach relationship. In the event the Client is a minor, any and all information shared between the Client and the ONE Way Coach may be shared with parents and / or legal guardians.

ONE Way Bronze, our entry level mental skills development program, offers competitive athletes the opportunity to learn the power of ONE Way and develop core mental skills. If you are a competitive athlete looking to add mental skills training to your tool box with the direction of your ONE Way Coach, ONE Way Bronze is ideal for you. Bronze clients include competitive junior, high school, club and adult amateur athletes. Your ONE Way Bronze program will include:

  • ONE Way Sport Appraisal and ONE Way Sport Mental Skills Profile
  • Day ONE launch…private 2 hour immersion into the power of ONE Way Sport
  • 3 ONE Way Sport Coaching Calls
  • 3 ONE Way Sport mental skills quizzes
  • Subscription to our Performance Consulting Ltd. e-newsletter for competitive athletes, The Mental Edge, and our weekly motivational e-byte, ONE Way Bytes, delivered to your inbox to inspire, direct, and educate you as you pursue your playing potential
